The LED lamp is composed of an LED module, a lamp holder, a built-in drive, a heat sink and a lamp cover. The solid lamp needs to be tested and evaluated from the aspects of safety performance and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of the LED lamp. LED light security module:

The common self-ballasted LED lamp refers to a lighting device that complies with IEC 60061-1 and contains LED light source and components necessary for maintaining stable ignition point. Its power needs to be kept below 60 W; the voltage should be kept above 50 V and less than or equal to 250 V; the lamp head must comply with IEC 60061-1.

Self-ballasted LED lights need to comply with the national mandatory standard GB 24906-2010 "Safety requirements for self-ballasted LED lights above 50 V for general lighting", marking, interchangeability, protection against electric shock, mechanical strength, insulation resistance and electrical strength Wait for multiple parameters.

Excessive harmonic content can cause additional losses and heat, increase reactive power, reduce power factor, and even damage equipment, endangering safety.

2.Disturbance voltage:GB 17743-2007 "Limitations and Measurement Methods for Radio Disturbance Characteristics of Electrical Lighting and Similar Equipment" gives the limits of the disturbance voltage and the specific measurement method. When the disturbance voltage of the self-ballasted LED lamp exceeds the limit, it will affect The normal operation of the surrounding electrical and electronic equipment.
